Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and atas99 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the atas99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the atas99 platform. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which also form part of the overall agreement between you and atas99.

Account Eligibility and Registration 21+

To register and use the atas99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be an individual and not a company, business or other entity.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Not appear on any prohibition list issued by any relevant authority.
• Your participation does not breach any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. atas99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad), bank statement or other supporting documents for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension.

Account Responsibilities

Every atas99 member is fully responsible for the security of their account. This includes:

• Keeping the account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Ensuring the password is strong and different from passwords used on other platforms.
• Notifying atas99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring the device used to log in is secure and free from malicious software.

Only one account is permitted per user. Registering or using more than one account — whether directly or through another person — is a serious breach that may result in cancellation of all related accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the atas99 platform. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or given to another person.

Deposits and Payment Methods

atas99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All deposits have a minimum amount of RM10 per method.

• All deposits must be made by the account holder using a payment method registered in their own name.
• atas99 does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Successful deposit transactions will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment provider.
• atas99 is not responsible for deposit delays caused by third-party issues such as bank failures or e-wallet disruptions.
• atas99 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for deposits that exceed certain limits.

All transactions on the atas99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The exchange rate for cryptocurrency deposits will be determined based on the current market rate at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from an atas99 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour once account verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• atas99 reserves the right to request additional KYC documents before approving a withdrawal.
• Any withdrawal involving unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are met.

Bonuses and Promotions

atas99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members, including a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to RM500. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the following rules:

• The welcome bonus is calculated based on the first deposit amount, with a maximum cap of RM500.
• The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.
• atas99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.
• Misuse or fraudulent use of bonuses will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

The atas99 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to members based on their membership tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with cashback rates ranging from 0.2% to 0.8%. The full terms of the VIP programme are subject to a separate policy and may be updated from time to time.

Game Rules

The atas99 platform offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, baccarat, sportsbook, sports betting, esports and table games. Specific rules for each game will be displayed within the game interface itself.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, atas99 will determine the outcome based on available transaction records.
• Live casino games involve real dealers and their outcomes are final.
• For sports and esports betting, the odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• atas99 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Prohibited Conduct

Unlawful or unethical use of the atas99 platform is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform.
• Any form of fraud, collusion between players, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Opening an account using false identity information or another person's details.
• Misuse of bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of a promotion.
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate language directed at staff or other users.

Limitation of Liability

atas99 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a stable and secure service, atas99 makes no guarantee regarding the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform.

• atas99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from internet disruptions, device failure, or technical factors beyond atas99's control are the user's responsibility.
• atas99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account by a third party due to the user's own negligence.

Account Termination and Suspension

atas99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of any section of these Terms occurs.
• The user fails to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• atas99 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The account has been inactive for the period specified under atas99's inactive account policy.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the atas99 support team. Any remaining balance in the account is subject to review and may be claimed once all conditions are met. Amendments to These Terms

atas99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Notice of changes will be communicated via the platform or the registered email address.

Continued use of the atas99 platform after amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The atas99 platform operates under an international licence. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which atas99 is licensed.

Any dispute between a user and atas99 shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules.
